 1# Install the ceiling mounted light arm （1）. Install the disc assembly a. The screws pass through the bracket, and the holes of the disc assembly are inserted in the specified direction; b. Use double nuts (anti-loosing) to tighten the fixed disc assembly;  2. The disc assembly is installed; a. The axial direction of the flange through hole is perpendicular to the side of the bracket; 3. Assembly of base and column a. Put a small amount of thread glue into the threaded hole of the connecting shaft of the base; b. Connect the connecting shaft through the inner hole of the column and lock the screw; 4. The base and the column are installed as a  whole; 5. Into the decorative ring & decorative shell; 6. Decoration ring & decoration shell installation a. Use a hexagon wrench to fix the decorative ring on the upper end of the column; 7. Column assembly and disc assembly； 8. Column installation is complete； 9. Lamp arm installation; a. Remove the base end cover; b. Wires, HDMI cables, and network cables pass through the base; 10. The lamp arm is installed a. HDMI cable and network cable go through the column; 11. Line threading a. The power cord of the transformer end goes down along the column; b. The HDMI cable and network cable at the base end are threaded upwards along the column; 12. Wire terminal connection a. Mark the O power cord into the O terminal of the rocker switch; b. Mark the I power cord into the I end of the rocker switch;  2# Install  dental camera operating light to the light arm 1.Firstly disassemble the balance arm shell. 2. Install the lamp head to the light arm connector.(Secured with 2 pieces of screws); 3. Docking HDMI cable. (Insert the HDMI cable from the lamp head into the light arm, and dock with the HDMI cable in the light arm.) 3.1 After the docking, tidy up the HDMI cable and secure with an cable clip. 4. Docking the power cord. 5. Put the HDMI cable and wire into the connector holder. 6. Reinstall the balance arm shell. 7. Finish installing the DCR-480 LED dental . 3# System wiring 1. The input power is turned on a. The input end power is connected to the terminal; operating light. b. Wires are connected to the terminal according to the distribution of L, N, and PE; 2. Connect the HDMI cable at the input a. Distributor HDMI: There are 1 input and two output interfaces; b. The HDMI cable extending from the end of the lamp arm is connected to the HDMI splitter input interface (INPUT); 3. Connect the HDMI cable at the output a. The HDMI cable connected to the external display part is connected to the OUTPUT port of the splitter; 4. HDMI cable ready done
