How do we send a case ?
If the case is a traditional impression or model？When you are ready, simply contact us ,we will provide you the delivery address or labeling.it will take 1-7days(by air) to reach us depending on your location, If the case you are sending is a digital impression, please provide the initial set up instructions for uploading the case to us.
What is the timeline for a case?
Standard turnaround time for digital restorations is 2-5 business days in lab; standard turnaround time for all other products is 2-4 business days in lab. To assist you in managing shipping logistics and holiday schedules, we will provide you information of the exact date of finished product based on when your case is received.
